    2. If you wish to book Digs then you must become a registered Member and agree to the Members Community Policy and to rent out Digs you must agree to the Host Terms as well.
    3. References in these Terms to the Site includes the following websites: morethandigs.com, and all associated web pages.
    4. You should read these Terms carefully before using the Site.
    5. By accessing or using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the documents referred to in them.
    6. If you do not agree with or accept any of these Terms, you should stop using the Site immediately.

      • “Digs” one or more private rooms that are available to hire for a specified period of time as advertised on the Site;
      • “Host” anyone wanting to rent Digs on the Site;
      • “Host Terms” the additional terms and conditions that apply to Hosts;
      • “Member” means anyone who is a registered user of the site and has agreed to abide by the Members Community Policy;
      • “Members Community Policy” means the terms and conditions that apply to anyone wishing to become a registered user of the Site;
      • “Privacy policy” means the policy, which governs how we process any personal data collected from you;
      • “Site” has the meaning given to it in clause 1.1;
      • “Terms” means these terms and conditions of use as updated from time to time;
      • “We, us or our” means Intuitive Data Solutions Limited t/a MORETHANDIGS.COM, company registration number and the registered office of which is at. References to us in these Terms also includes our group companies from time to time; and
      • “You or your” means the person accessing or using the Site or its Content.

    1. If you are a non-registered user or a Member then the Site is for your personal use only. If you are a Member who is also a Host, you may use the Site for commercial purposes subject to agreeing to and accepting the Host Terms.
    2. You agree that you are solely responsible for:
      1. all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site; and
      2. keeping your password and other account details confidential.
    3. The Site is intended for use only by those who can access it from within the UK. If you choose to access the Site from locations outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws where they are applicable.

We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with any part of these Terms, the Host Terms (where applicable), any terms or policies to which they refer or any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or cease the operation of the Site from time to time at our sole discretion.

If you become a registered Member and/or a Host then you will be also bound by the Members Community Policy and Hosts Terms respectively.
    3. Should any part of these Terms for any reason be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of a competent jurisdiction, it shall be deemed to be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.
    4. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
