Bedrooms:

All bedrooms and communal areas are private and exclusive for the booking party. Make this your home-from-home! The beds are a great size, comfy and cosy. Each room has plenty of storage with its own wardrobe and set of drawers. 

Bedroom 1 - Situated on the ground floor, this is a spacious double

Bedroom 2 - Large  double with a desk at the front of the house

Bedroom 3 - Double in the middle of the house

Bedroom 4  - Quaint double also with a desk

Bathroom:

Boothen House has a modern Hygge style throughout, and the bathroom is spacious and situated off the kitchen on the ground floor. Bodywash, towels and toilet rolls are all provided for your stay.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is modern and galley style yet retains a sense of space and utility with its minimalist and clean design. It comes with a washing machine, and all the cutlery and crockery you will require for a fully self-catered stay.

Living room and dining space:

Boothen House has a quaint little sitting room in the middle of the property, which has a tub chair and a two-person sofa, with a space-saving dining table for four guests. A 42" HD WiFi-connected Smart TV provides Freeview and apps such as Prime NowTV and GooglePlay.

Outside Space:

The rear yard is small, but provides some outdoor space;

Being located in the City Centre, parking is not free. There are permit-only parking spaces along Boothen Road, as shown on the map below. We aim to provide one permit for you to borrow for the duration of your stay, but it is not guaranteed as they often do not get returned. The permit is kept on the notice board inside the house, so please put it into your car window as soon as you have accessed the property. You must return the parking permit upon check out, as its loss will be subject to a charge of £200.

We require to take a £200 pre-authorisation from all guests to cover damages upon booking

Early check-in and late check-out are available on request (subject to availability)., Unauthorised late check-out fees apply (as listed in the booking confirmation)

Travel cots are available on request for a £25 delivery charge

Noise between 21:30 and 06:00 is to be kept to a minimum in consideration of neighbours.
