Oxford Fields Apartment is a lovely little two bedroom property, nestled in a quiet residential corner of the city but within easy reach of local attractions, shops, pubs, bars and restaurants.

Guests are sure to have a restful night's sleep in the two king double or twin bedrooms and the cosy apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable home from home stay. The sitting room has a comfy sofa and a big fluffy rug to rest your toes after a hard day's work or play. The folding dining table and four chairs provides a great space to eat and relax together, and when you're all finished it can be tucked away to give you that all important space back. There is a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience and comfort, with built in fridge freezer, washer/ dryer, oven and hob.

PARTIES AND EXCESSIVE NOISE ARE NOT PERMITTED - The property is in a residential area and we ask that you respect the neighbours and the local community.  

Failure to adhere to house rules, may result inyour deposit being withheld and additional charges may apply. 

Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply. 

**PLEASE NOTE - Due to an increase in "party bookings" which are strictly against the house rules, cause distress and disruption to other residents, and result in addition cleaning costs and breakages. Weekend bookings will require an additional damage deposit to be paid within 24 hours of booking. Refundable 24 hours post check out. Refusal to pay this additional deposit will result in your booking being cancelled**
