The property is situated in Telford, with easy access to local amenities, centrally located businesses and Shropshire’s tourist spots.  It's less than 2 miles from The Place in Oakengates (4 minutes by car), and 20 miles from Theatre Severn in Shrewsbury (around 25 minutes by car).

The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and washing machine (there is also a dryer and freezer on site) three comfortable bedrooms (one single, two twin) and a living / dining room with a sofa bed and smart TV.  The house has parking space for three cars, a large garden at the back and has a bus stop very close by.
