Bedrooms:

All bedrooms and communal areas are private and exclusive for the booking party. Make this your home-from-home! The beds are a great size, comfy and cosy. Each room has plenty of storage with modern, minimalist clothes hangers and shelving.

Bedroom 1 - Situated on the ground floor, this is a spacious double

Bedroom 2 - Zip and Link double at the front of the property with a built-in wardrobe

Bedroom 3 - Zip and Link double at the rear of the property

Bathroom:

Boothen House has a modern Hygge style throughout, and the bathroom is spacious and situated off the kitchen on the ground floor. Bodywash, towels and toilet rolls are all provided for your stay.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is a new modern galley style space, yet retains a sense of space and utility with its minimalist and clean design. It comes with a washing machine, and all the cutlery and crockery you will require for a fully self-catered stay.

Living room and dining space:

For Keary House, we brought in the skills of a designer to put together this modern and minimalist style, that mirrors the best of Skandi-cool city living. There is a four-seater sofa, an armchair and a four-person dining table. Guest can enjoy the best catch-up and Freeview TV on the high definition LED Smart TV, which is ready connected to the internet.

Outside Space:

There is a spacious rear yard covered in golden gravel, proving space for you and the family to eat outside, or to get some fresh air.

Permit-only parking. One Business Parking Permits are provided for your use. It can be picked up from the notice board on the right as you enter the property. Please return these back upon checkout.

Staffordshire is the home of the pottery industry, oatcakes, and the famous Alton Towers Theme park. The friendly locals call everyone "duck" (don't ask!)
