The house is located in a residential area and quiet times are recommended - 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. 

Please use the black bins for rubbish and drop at the large bins located on the side of the property,by the entrance gate.

No pets allowed.

The maximum number of guests recommended for this property is 2, as there is 1 bathroom available. 

Please lock the doors and windows when leaving the property.

Please open the windows to the rooms every morning 

Smoking is allowed outside only.

Please keep the bathroom window open, when at home.
