The 3 bedrooms maisonette is a self-contained property located at the middle of a cul de sac, with a conservatory and easy access to the garden, surrounded by green spaces.

On the ground floor  is located the kitchen, understairs cupboards (iron/iron board, mop &bucket and hoover provided), the living room/dinner with access to the conservatory and garden -  ideal to relax in when sunny.

The living room has a 40 inch TV with Netflix and a screen mirroring option.

On the first floor, over 1 flight of stairs, are located 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The maisonette is equipped with all necessary for a comfortable stay.

Every bedroom has blackout curtains and is triple glazed, for comfortable sleep.

No shoes in the house - please leave your shoes on the shoe rack provided.

The house is located in a residential area and quiet times are recommended - 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. 

Please use the black bins for rubbish and drop at the large bins located on the side of the property.

Smoking is allowed outside only.

This is a pet-friendly accommodation - if interested to bring your furry friend along, please ask, and we can discuss this further. 

The maximum number of guests recommended for this property is 3, as there is 1 bathroom available. 

Please lock the doors and windows when leaving the property.

Please open the windows to the rooms every morning 

Please keep the bathroom window open, when at home.

Free parking in front of the property.
