Top floor spacious apartment in a traditional Edinburgh tenement building with amazing views of Arthur's Seat and close proximity to Blackford Hill. Plentiful character features with high ceilings and wooden floors throughout (plants may vary!). The bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment overlooking the communal garden with newly installed double glazing and shutters to provide peace and quite whilst still conveniently located within the city.

There are two bus stops within 4 min walk (less than 1-min, 24 & 12 routes; 4-min, 31, 3, 7 & 37 routes), offering direct access to all the city centre theatres (including The Playhouse and Traverse to the door). By foot, the apartment is 25 minutes to the Royal Mile and 15 minutes to the Meadows. Free on street parking also.

I am very happy to open my home to respectful, tidy and kind people. As a building we are a community of friendly neighbours and a guest I would expect you to respect them too. I am generally a quiet person and do work from home sometimes so. . . no parties, pets and no smoking.
