2. No Parties, events, or large gatherings.

3. No loud noise (no loud music).

4. No noise after 10PM. Noise monitors in place.

5. Please restrict movement after 10PM due to people living directly below.

6. No smoking in the house. No vape smoking in the house. Please smoke on the pavement, not directly outside the building.

7. No unregistered guests.

8. No pets.
