Dig Rules
Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am, unless stipulated otherwise in advance.
On check out, doors must be locked, all keys (and fobs) must be placed back in the key box.
Smoking is not permitted within the INDOOR AREA of the property.
Illegal drugs or substances are not permitted. Evidence of use will be reported to the police.
The property must be left in a clean and tidy state on departure, including rubbish being placed in rubbish bins, and soiled dishes placed in the kitchen sink. If at our discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge.
The risk of damage to the property and its content passes to guests on check-in and remains within guests until the property is returned to us and has been inspected. Guests are liable for all loss or damage (except fair wear and tear) caused during the rental period, and for any reasonable loss of rental resulting from such loss or damage. Guests must notify us of any damage to the property or its contents as soon as possible.
All electronics and appliances must be switched off and stored safely before leaving the property. Heaters must be turned to the level 10.
If at any time guests lose the keys, they must notify us as soon as possible and we will instruct a locksmith to change the lock/key(s) and charge the guest.
Guests will not do anything that may cause a nuisance or annoyance to the owners or neighbours or do anything at the property that is illegal or immortal. Noise disturbance after 11:00pm and before 9:00am will result in you being asked to leave the property and no refund will be given.
Guests will use the property for private residential purposes only and not for any business use.
The number of people occupying the property does not at any time exceed the maximum number
of permitted occupants as set out in your booking of the property.
Guests will not behave in an abusive or threatening manner toward our staff.
Parties and loud music are not allowed at the property.
In case of fire, flood or other emergencies promptly notify Giraffe Square, as well as emergency services.
