The living room has a 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and screen mirroring options.

On the first floor over 1 flight of stairs, are located 3 double bedrooms, 1 king-size bedroom and 1 single bedroom and a family bathroom.

The house is located in a residential area and quiet times are recommended from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. 

Please use the black bins for rubbish, otherwise, the bins do not get picked up (on Monday mornings)

This is a pet-friendly accommodation - if you are interested to bring your furry friend along, please request in advance, and we can discuss this further as this contain an extra charge.

The maximum number of guests recommended for this property is 5 as there are only 1.5 bathrooms available.

This property has a security system fitted and is the guest's responsibility to make good use of it along with locking the doors and windows when leaving the property.

Please open the windows to the bedrooms every morning 

Please keep the bathroom window open for ventilation when at home.

Parking on Browning Street is free between 7.30 pm and 8 am. 

In case something needs fixing or addressing, please let us know at the earliest opportunity- please allow 24 to 48 hrs for the issue to get resolved.
