Large double room in a lovely Victorian house.
You would have your own double room, with desk and sofa/comfy chair as well as use of the sitting room, kitchen and bathroom! One of the bedrooms also has a digital piano in it as well.
The back room is carpeted, and the front room sanded floorboards.
Shared bathroom and kitchen - both very recently modernised.
You are welcome to cook and make the house your own, including sunbathing in the garden! Washing machine and space for bikes if needed.
Free on road parking, and 2 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop at Firswood as well round the corner from the bus.
Quick links to the city centre, Lowry, Altrincham, airport etc.
I am a freelance musician and sometimes work from home, or odd hours!
